Few Suggestions

I'm not sure if these have already been suggested but I'm just going to put them here just in case:

Bound PUC to APUC exchange
Unbound PUC to unbound APUC exchange
Make Ancient Feather and Promethean Feather available at celestial shard exchange
New ladder floors
Simplify Spirit Nova dungeon (It's too hard for the majority of players), make it so that we can just attack the mobs and bosses normally and not have to herd each one to its specific circle before we are able to kill it

I will forward the request for the exchange options. New Ladder floors were requested and forwarded recently, and Spirit Nova will not be changed.
