In my humble opinion, the current system is fine.
Of course, by opening the door and asking. "What should be changed?" you are going to get multiple responses of "Add more, more, more."
* Any additional benefits to the existing system should be given as a tradeoff to current benefits.
For example, adding an additional bath, training or redemption attempt, should remove one of the additional dungeon attempts.
* If additional benefits are given, they should be minimal to not throw off the balance of the game.
For example, if an increase in exp gain is given it should go from 1.5% to 1.6% or maybe 1.75% max.. or an increase in the hourly coupon gain from 2 to 2.25 or 2.5 max, so VIP members gain an extra coupon every 2 to 4 hours, not doubled as has been suggested.
I do, however, agree with the following suggestions already given.
* Switching the "VIP" designation to an optional title that can be changed if you choose to.
* The suggestions of a multitiered VIP system with additional benefits per tier/level with multitiered pricing. (either "white, green, blue..." or "bronze, silver, gold" as previously suggested)
* Adding the possibility to purchase VIP into the in-game Item Shop
* Adding the possibility to purchase different lengths of time for VIP rather than just the current 30 day.
Not only the shorter one day, three day or one week memberships as previously suggested, but longer 60 or 90 day, or even 6 month or one year VIP memberships, with discounts for purchasing additional time in advance.
For example (obviously R2 can work out their own pricing scheme): $7.99 for the current 30 day VIP, $14.99 for a 60 day VIP membership (~ $7.50/mo), $20.99 for a 90 day membership (~$7.00/mo), $39.99 for a 6 month membership (~$6.67/mo), $69.99 for a full year (~$5.83/mo), etc.
P.S.: Although, some players mentioned green dragon coins now available as a possible reward for Day in Vidalia quests, they fail to remember (or mention) that red dragon coins are also possible rewards in the green dragon hunt, and black in the red hunt. Changes to the additional green dragon coins given to VIPs are not necessary. The additional 2 chances every day to get something extra for nothing are sufficient.
