  • [Maintenance Notice] Crystal Saga Weekly Maintenance 6/13

    Greetings Heroes of Vidalia,

    Servers will be going down at approximately 3:00 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) on June 13th. Downtime is expected to last 3 to 4 hours but could vary. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates or changes.

        The other servers are up, but S131 is not. As was the case with the server update/maintenance last week, we're getting the message "Failed to connect to server!"

        Given the problems on the S131 server last week (in addition to the problems the other servers had), I can't help but feel the players on that server have been a bit hard done by.

        Please fix asap!

          Please kindly fix s131 and next time, please post an update after all servers are up, that helps us to know if our server having trouble

              Both my accounts unable to access Brightjour Thicket (S131).

                C'mon guys. I understand there was a catastrophic failure last week that took a while to fix. But how long can it take to fix one server? It has been over 14 hours now, and players are still unable to log into S131.

                        I'm not certain why you're having connectivity issues. Have you tried any of the following?
                        1. Clearing your browser history, cache, and cookies?
                        2. Did you try another browser?
                        3. Have you tried restarting your modem and/or computer?
                        4. Checked to make sure your browser and drives are all up to date?
                        5. Have you checked the stability of your connection and speed?
                        6. Have you moved your router/modem recently? Are there too many people connected to your internet that's draining it?
                        7. Have you spoken to other players and asked them if they're having the same issues?
