Description: For the following week, defeat 20 bosses in any Lvl. 30+ dungeon every day to receive Quartermaster Token x1 from the Quartermaster in Starglade, once per day.

Description: For the following week, complete the daily quest Guild Resource Competition and receive a Quartermaster Token as an additional reward.

Description: Pass through certain levels of the Crystal Ladder and be rewarded! Visit the Quartermaster in Starglade and accept the ladder quests, reach the required levels in each of the quests, and return to the Quartermaster to claim your rewards! There are 4 quests in total, and each quest can be completed once per day.
4 quests in total:
Complete level 10 = 1 Hour AFK Card (Bound) x1
Complete level 30 = Soul Shard (Bound) x1
Complete level 50 = Quartermaster Token x1
Complete level 70 = Quartermaster Token x1
Complete level 90 = Quartermaster Token x1
Complete level 100 = Quartermaster Token x1, Spirit of Ares x1.

Level 1 Ladder Gem x10 = Heroic Wings (Bound) x5 (Limit 10 attempts per day)
Level 2 Ladder Gem x10 = Pearl of Wisdom (Bound) x5 (Limit 5 attempts per day)

If you spent your crystal prior to maintenance then yes, unfortunately, you'd lose consumer points and consumer rewards.

Crystals are not provided for free. You can exchange 110 charm for 11 crystal daily provided you're within the level requirement range located at the Wishing Well in Starglade. Otherwise, you're required to recharge a minimum amount of 500 crystal for a chance to obtain an additional 5000 crystal card from the Treasure Box located at the Quartermaster in Starglade during Points of Interest week. For example, the option for hiding auras such as Holy Favor, Soul Aura, etc. and Dimensional Pocket was implemented to help provide additional storage due to player complaints and requests. This was provided because of player requests and while it might not be how players wanted it but it was an attempt to appease player requests. I understand certain things aren't immediately implemented into the game, but there are things that need to be considered due to the age of the game and coding that's already in place. What this means is things need careful testing to prevent issues from reoccurring. I'm sure you can find some of them if you look in the bug reports section. I hope that answers your question. Allow me to reiterate my previous statement, it might not be how players wanted it but it was an attempt to appease player requests.
Thank you for bringing the bunny race event up. This is a prime example of why careful testing is in place. However, please understand their test servers and normal servers are different. What this means is even when something is functioning properly on the test server it doesn't mean it's completely compatible with the servers populated by players.

Ouch.. . "and Dimensional Pocket was implemented to help provide additional storage due to player complaints and requests. " The only non-tradeable item in pocket is soul shards - a Valuable item that gets used up right away. the rest can all be stored on alts. the pocket gems are low drop rate from Elite mobs, and you need A LOT. even if you cash the lvl 5 ones from fate shop, we are talking tens of thousands of xtals. on top of that, the Gold cost to synth them is astronomical - hitting 1 plat per click at around lvl 10 gems. I dont think they consulted players on what items they needed extra storage for either. the bonus stats are nice, but honestly, a new vault (copy / paste coding) would bring r2 a ton of cash as most players would find value in spending crystals to unlock the additional space.

props to r2 for listening to the requests on fix it list tho! also like the new costume gems.
