Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do regarding your lag issue. I suggest clearing your cache and trying a less populated L. You can turn off soul development, holy favor, chi, and sperion in the settings tab. This might resolve your issue. If it does not I suggest filing a ticket with the support team for assistance. Unfortunately, this is not a question I can answer. Merge information isn't provided to me months in advance. I post the information the same day it is received. However, I can say it is unlikely for the east and west servers to be merged together at this time. Thank you and happy gaming.
