I need help with something...was hoping some one could help me.my R2 Client will not open....goes to the check for updates and the says check for updates failed can not figure it out.....can someone pls help??

I suggest uninstalling the client and reinstalling the client. If this does not work please, submit a ticket with the support system for assistance. Thank you.
