Options at the Quartermaster:
30 Crystals = 1 Rose Seed (once per day)
50 Roses = Silver Honor Badge x1 (No limit)
100 Roses = Quartermaster Token x1 (once per day)
1,000 Roses = Zodiac Tiger Cub (pet) x1 (No limit)
