Or make it so it's only a pvp only skill such as insignia's Rage.

It's a pretty annoying skill even then, since there are rogues who have 5% chance of it hitting, (which is 10%), among other classes which are 5%, too.
However, their frost is 5%, where others are 10%, because rogues hit more than the other 4 classes, so they should fix that as well.
So, it should be 2.5%.

well I would make only Bane immune to it, because it´s a pretty interesting skill for purg, though I agree with the %´s about rogue frag

Ps the rouges perfect frag wep is soo weak in base stats compared to all other classes but then again to each it's own advantage right? Lol me personally have complaints about rangers and mages frag stats its rediculusly OP compared to my sherry 1.5k atak only on perfect frag lvl 1 lol rangers have like 2k patk n 1.7mtak +8%mtak and look at the mages perfect frag lol double mtak base stats that are almost 3.5 times more than rouges. So I say I quit complaining coz it's the way it's set up. Just do go begging to lower other classes frag stats. Like the rouges coz Thier patk (perfect frag lvl is already half the amount compared to other classes lol so do that!!. Look at everything first be4 you hate

Perfect Frag I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX.
X doesn't seem to exist yet. Rumours go about a Ladder floor 80 as well.

Well I did say too much. But I commented on the fact that you were saying it should be 2.5% -.-
So I pointed out the facts about the rest of the frag stat diffs from other classes.

Okay, not quite sure if anyone mentioned this yet (they might have, not sure), but I noticed that someone had asked about the max Perfect Frag. The server I'm on (S6. S10, S11, S15. S19. S24, and S29 Merged) someone already has Perfect Frag X (unless it's a mistake) I can't read Chinese, but I DID notice the X, minus the "I". Just an observation that might have been mistaken.

Why should the % of frost even matter?...it's not like it can hurt other players x-x
