Well my problems were all answered through the ticket system. As of the DNS, stuck issue, etc., can't say much coz I don't really know how things work and who are really going to intervene and fix them. I just hope things will get better.

sorry dude but i gave up on complaining since earlier this time. lets just change to me being pessimistic with the developments latter on.

R2 is slow with solving issues sometimes but they get it done eventually. Just have to be patient.
