Keep your insignia from honor equipment exchange. You will need it or most likely want it later on.

should put the event once again, since the game master is not specified legibly the event of packs were only 3 times unique

If you get the Olympic pack by exchanging 3 sets of rings, you'll have plenty of badges to get the insignia.

I only got the insignia because one of my guild members didn't want the insignia, and gave 60+ rings to me...

This is an easy event, you could literally grind this out in a matter of two - hours of AFK if you know what you are doing.... and then sell ALL of your extras.
