I don't understand your logic. Why should players not being lvl121 complain about an emergency maintenance which is announced (ingame, in the Forum and on the website) more than 30 mins before the servers go down and which is done at the normal maintenance time (meaning during the night in US when there are no events)?

Regardless of it being announced everywhere I can guarantee that there will be plays that will still complain about and want compensation. There are still events that lev121+ can take part in, its just things like ladder and TG that events that state level120 on it. Events stating 40+ 60+ etc can still be done. By doing the Maintenance on Thursday they are avoiding upsetting everyone. Also they have announced that Compensation will be given to players that have suffered during this week e.i players that are level121+.

I'm level 121 and yes it is annoying, but it is going to be fixed and no matter what R2 do they aren't going to able to please everyone, but at least they are going to fix it.

Trove says 50+, but we can't do it; avernal says 40+, we can't do it either. Bath says 30-120 but we CAN do it. So using the leveling written in the events isn't completely accurate. We can also do ladder. Not everyone has issues but anyone who does have issues entering ladder only needs to reload their toons and it'll fix it.

Yeah I noticed new map no torches and no Gems either LOL and thank you ill do that when I sleep then ill AFK there

was trying to figure out if anyone else didn't get those types drops, can ask people and check if that's right. if its because something not in yet, wont be able to say what it is till gm's release it.

Compensation pack...What do you think they can give to us...3x xp...we have lots of them 2x xp also...2x pet xp...I dont need those things i only want the things that im not able to get,and moslty is xp + avernal...Never saw a compesation pack with things that i have lost..I prefer no pack at this point.

the compensation pack last time was different, changed because of players suggestions about it, if you want- you could make a suggestion thread for it and i'll sticky it(rewards must be reasonable) can't promise R2 will do exactly it, but they've obviously taken a bit of player consideration into last one- so its good to make a effort so the voices can be heard

Yeah, better give us back the events via emergency maintenance soon than to hope that it'll be an appropriate compensation for the missed events.

So it's actually a race, well that makes this event absolute 100% useless. Who are the first people to level fast? The cashers and the players that done have everything and do not need SP, gmuts, EW, DW, PUC and the other stuff. Every single event you all have done for the last number of weeks have always been in favor of OP players and ment to kick all the lesser people in the nuts or while they are on the ground. And you all still wonder why you are called every dirty tghing in the book and called a bunch of evil money grobbing !@$$%@@. Well open your eyes and take a damn good look!

I agree that the event rewards should be open to everyone, but you don't need to be a casher with everything done to be first. I'm not a casher and I'm not VIP and I'm def not done everything but I'm first on my server. I planned ahead for another rebirth or lvl cap and it's paying off cause I have almost a stack of 3xp cards from ladder, I had 322 blood pact rose packs from that event a while back which got me 25% of my lvl and 144 torches etc. Granted competing against a casher with stacks of torches would suck, but still I'm proof you don't need to be casher to be first. Also all the rewards suck besides the 130 one anyway so idk why everyone is so annoyed they're not getting them.

What I don't understand, is the chill attitude R2 has towards a glitch this MAJOR. When the ares armor glitch was discovered they dropped everything and shut every server down. But now that people are missing out on events, R2 seems to be drinking tea and eating crumpets while ignoring the fact that their short sightedness has prevented them from doing something so simple. Raising the level cap on events. I just don't see the logic in this at all, and despite my respect I have for R2 and their ability to run not only Crystal Saga, but many other games as well, I'm going to chalk this issue up to negligence.

completely agree, although maybe they're waiting til next maint, cause they realize w/o events people need more torches to lvl quickly and how do the majority of players get torches?!?!?

ugh I hate these quests too many mobs to kill and not enough instances. We need more than 3 instances on the new area maps

However, if they announced it 60+ minutes in advance in the game and forums and website ('cuz honestly, honestly it's the servers about to blow up, I see no reason why even an emergency maintenance can't wait an hour), and/or did it around the same time as a regular maintenance, then yeah an emergency maintenance wouldn't impact players too much. However, whether the devs will have it ready anytime soon is also an entirely different matter.

Question is why they can do it for more minor glitches like ares armor shard earlier / summer goddess offering last year - just take down servers suddenly and dont care about players, but this bug-filled patch they cant do the same? Despite players asking for it to be fixed? It's baffling

I do Agree there, nearly everyone is grinding on top of each other. But the area is evil mode with only 3 instances, so I'm curious about whats to come

yea ticketed them to ask why they can do maintenance for MINOR issue like ares armor last week, but NOT for this update which has MAJOR issues.

No torch spawn and bad private order drop rate in overcrowded maps, cannot do TT and AVR (main supply of ss at least for people who cANt hit level rewards first) and the list goes on and on. this is pretty depressing

try grinding 18 hours ++ and seeing you cant even get 5 out of 10 private orders. Something is seriously wrong

Finally someone wrote something about the drop rate of Private Orders. It's a joy knowing some have gotten all 10 withing 10 hours of AFK, while others have to AFK 3+ days just to get 5. In the description it says events drop them too, open them up.

just because you got lucky doesn't mean you have that right to criticize people who spend tons of time and can't get the drops required.
