    there was no character on the account I wanted it restored on, but on the account i sent the ticket from. this was the reply i got from the GM. if im missreading it please tell me, but it seems the account i gave them was clean

    1) they say xeroxul is impossible to restore but he was restored
    2) TinkyWinky is there. she's on everyone's friends list that knows her and she's still married to Dori
    3) there was no character on carbon's account. the account is clean

    Make sure you're logging in with the correct account and checking the correct server. If you are still having trouble, please include your character's name.
