Best one ive seen so far i think this should win it kinda reminds me of the game Infamous. would look really neat.

the program i use is called gimp they have it for linux and windows, similar to photo shop, controls are a bit different. tend to love getting the free trials of the good programs every bit though lol. gimp can do a bit of editing etc though long as know how to use it
