Description: Kill any level 35 or higher elite monster (excluding dungeon monsters and bosses) and have a chance to obtain Fragarach Frost Shards. Apply these shards and you will receive a Frost Buff, lasting for two hours.

Frost Buff: When attacking, this buff has a 10% chance to trigger an Arctic Blast. Arctic Blast, found in select Celestial Fragarach weapons, deals damage to all surrounding monsters each second, equivalent to 65% of potential attack damage, ultimately lasting for 8 seconds.

I think this is just for the non-frag wep user.... whats the benefit for the frag user? 2 hrs of frost buff? lol.. frag users have 24hrs frost buff if they want to.

AWESOME! My frag only has 4% frost,and its max is 5(im a rogue) so 10% frost = PWNAGE GOOO AWESOME EVENT
