As for Sango, he's correct. That picture is not from our version, regardless if it shows only how the wings look like.
You can all post pictures of players in our version of the game having the wings.

LOL this rule about no pictures is completely Bunny Wabbit. Theres not even a good reason why we cant post them, other then they are from another version, simply say below the picture (this is not from CS version stats/mods may vary)

why a new wing system?!?! why can't the developers see the immediate NEEDS and changes that NEEDS to be done to the game so that the game play becomes better?
Sure you need to make profit, it's a game and nothing runs free, but it is ridiculous! When was the last time a new set of wings came out? Less than a year ago! How many people have their wings maxed at divine already? Less than 1/100th of the player base!

For how long have players been asking for a more user friendly system to exchange for gems?
For how long has players asked for another vault page?
For how long has players been giving negative feed backs about the lags of the game?
How many times have the servers RANDOMLY OUT OF THE BLUE disconnects us from the game without valid reason or cause?

Why can't the developers understand how to run a game properly and adjust the problems of the game before releasing new contents? New wing system is certainly a good idea but it is a terrible idea to have implemented a system like this so soon when something as simple as ethereal wings are not even made available to everyone easily yet. Yea there is IoB event that gives ethereal wings. How many of us can stay up all night to wait for such events that happens only once a day? Worst so to speak, divine wings are in no way obtainable except by event or purchase in crystal store at the moment. So please mods or developer team, please do tell us how you arrived at your justifications for implementing a new wing system when less than 1/100th of the player base even manage to get ultimate divine wings let alone max and ready for the new wings?

for the time being seems we are only at the blue ones [Promethean Wings XI] for max, will have to wait and see if they do the others(if everyone could please not post pictures from Chinese sites etc would appreciate it) don't want ppl getting false expectations at what can get. if its something released~sure take lots of pics from this version.

Only takes 5-6 stars generally per upgrade/5-6 stacks of the items to max the new wings. lot better then divine wings cost=15+stars each upgrade.

No, they are not hat easy to get. It takes far more than 5-6 stacks. (that is what you need to get them +2/it takes 13+ stars per upgrade) Divine was MUCH cheaper.

Side Note: Your reasoning is flawed. You are constantly posting things that you wish to see in this game, raising expectations, infact that will never happen either, while the chinese content is likely to happen.

its all based on luck, so there is no clear cut amount needed. and feature requests done properly are different then posting "omg crystal saga has this in another site etc etc etc here's all the pictures and data of the skills, omg look how much they are different omg omg omg", I've given guidelines how to bring up suggestions from the original before. not my fault people don't listen. have a nice day

ps. yes I still have Treasure map portal scrolls(you dont?). they are awesome, part of enjoying the game is having something unique to you, especially if your a long time player. for me that is leasuire time in nice places

did say generally....could emphasize that more, was going off info from a few others as well. upgrading wings is prob a complex equation, don't think anyone's wrong. just putting info out there that know so far, eventually with enough people I'm sure we can discover the mean median mode type stuff. but there will still be no clear defined amount. just general "in this area" or possibly even one clicks.
