R2, I know crystal saga is a ported game from a Chinese browser MMO. You've changed a few things here and there, but all and all it's a great game. It's highly addictive which was done on purpose, but gameplay-wise it's a lot of fun and I still play this over GTA V. We all understand your need to make money, you have to pay for the servers, you keep/store every players vaults, stats, souls, bags, equip and their alts stuff in instant saves. All we're asking for is some recognition. We're all extremely loyal players, most of us have over a year play time at the very least. We just want to know you still listening. You're busy, but please don't forget one of your first ported games. I know Jared was a gold farmer for WoW before porting CS. We're your roots man don't forget us!

Profit is the main objective and that's fine, but I'll tell you this even in monetized browser games the most successful games have regular bug patches and do events/implement items fixes and ideas from their long term players and community members. CS is like a stock, long term = more profit over time and investing time in your community will reap benefits 10 fold for your company from how you're running things now. Don't listen to me though I've only been playing games since the Atari 2600. I played trials se before this, it started as a PC flash game and made dividends through Microsoft with Trials HD and Evolution, one thing they had is strong community support. You can make Crystal Saga more than a contract, you can change and improve upon it thanks to international business laws. Make CS long term, talk to your fans, but please don't ignore us. We need you here with us listening and caring. I'll leave it at this, the reason I put my personal time into CS is because MMOs like this remind me of my teenage years playing final fantasy 7 trying to max out Materias and going for max lvl 4 limit breaks. It reminds me of a simpler time before smart phones that cause accidents and distract people from living. This game has real escapism behind it like the old rpg's but it's like a car factory in Detroit, cold, rusty and forgotten...

Dunno about you brah, but I like the amount of Soul Shards you can get from the tokens.

the tokens sucked but SS was nice. Mostly I used my tokens for gm uts <-- (lol chat fail), working on my second kilin

As someone who has been palying even longer- almost 2 yrs I believe I agree- start listening to us- and fix things like the payment system so we can use our points cos if u continue to ignore us we might stop buying cards since we have no way of using points remaining anymore as you guys ignore us and ultimate pay has been ignoring me at least- 3 days ago or more I contact them to try to use my points since I know u guys at r2 won't help me but ultimate pay won't help anymore either- this is one player who is about to stop cashing if I don't get good customer service soon :/
