Hello Crystal Saga players. As I'm sure many of you were aware, our domain servers were down for several hours last night that prevented players from being able to login. The good news is that we'll be giving out a compensation package to everyone as part of the next maintenance to help you catch up on the lost time.

After the next Maintenance, simply visit the Quartermaster in Starglade and select the "Who's Your Daddy?" option to get the compensation pack. The pack will be available to all levels, but please note that the items are bound. The pack will include these two items:

• 2x Exp Token (Bound) x 20
• 1 Hour AFK Card (Bound) x 20

Note: You will only be able to redeem the pack once per character, and will be removed after the next maintenance on 09/20/2012.

its nice tht u actually admit its a problem at ur end rather than say the servers are up and working correctly like all was said last night.

its nice we get compensation but thats just extra for all the people who didnt have this problem. as i know if u didnt log off u were not affected and were still able to play is there any way u can get a list of the players tht were offline for this time and give them extra compensation. (peoples accounts who have been active say in the last month tht is)so ideas are HW, PC, brilliance stone, etc all the items we missed getting from our dungeon runs or maybe just give us some dungeons key so we can just simply go do our runs we missed.

Is there a specific date for picking up compensationon package? If the pack is to be removed after the next maintenance, How can we pick it up after the next maintenance? Thanks for this really nice jesture! It's much appreciated!
