hopefully the servers will be back online in an hour so we can see what changes were made if any ... seeing as they were working on the server itself I doubt many changes were made if any

since your gear and wings both affect your base hp then it lowers that hp to take them off meening that the nymbus crystal can heal you enough to compensate once you are a higher lvl but i personly like the hp regen from the peridot it compensates for the efect of the higher hp as the nymbus crystal only heal i beleave 35% up to 10k or sometinng like that i might be a bit off as im trying to go based on memory

i dont think they doing anything new, just fixing server issues. but hope im wrong :P......but highly doubt anything new for us, they gave us maintenance for new items/events and such already
