Ordinary Soul Bead x 50 + Excellent Soul Bead x 50 + Outstanding Soul Bead x 50 + Excellent Gems Coupon x 1 = Soul Bead Insignia (Players may only exchange one Soul Bead Insignia)

Question:
how can we make those gem into coupon if there is no npc that can make it?
*about magic scroll not all of us had it

2nd: Ordinary Soul Bead x 50 + Excellent Soul Bead x 50 + Outstanding Soul Bead x 50 + Extraordinary Soul Bead x 5 = Soul Bead Insignia (Players may only exchange one Soul Bead Insignia)
* that extraordanary is droped by world boss, and only 18 world boss spawn twice a day (9 wb every spawn) and there a lots of player waiting to kill ( for eidolon expedition or title or this events) only strger player get kill them and the loot for their pt ( 5 plaYER)
