okies u can tell when u rely on games to much in your life when u rage at something that goes wrong....i understand that apparently that this happens alot where it crashes etc, and to ask compensation? its like a gambler asking to have the money back when they lose, if u want to spend ur own money on a game that will have its issues then u shouldnt ask for compensation because u know all about how they operate....and yeh i agree its quite pathetic how they dont respond to the matter, because other games (i.e) runescape...if its a problem that happens when staff are on, they clarify the problem on forums and say how they are trying to fix it?...so looking at the time, im guessing most of them are still asleep, maybe a few a working? if its a major problem then it may take awhile due to they have no1...and its not like they will call others up and ask for help....its a game....its not a life threatening issue in real life, that ppl face at the hospital....if u cant go half a day without...then theres no hope for use
