wisdom in tenets

I did the same, used my 6 pearls just at hitting 50 without opening Tenets before only i took this ScreenShot after using them and they gave me no wisdom hope you can replace them thx.

They are saying that you have to open the Tenets menu when you hit lvl 50 BEFORE you can use any pearls, otherwise they will not give any wisdom. So, your comment is not on topic.

R2 is already aware of this problem (no wisdom if u haven't opened the tenets once), ticket-number including screenshot: #22472.

i did not need to open the tenets tab to obtain the wisdom.. i just double clicked the pearls and opened my tab then its there

Not for every single pearl you want to use. But opening the tenet menu for the first time seems to activate the system for that char, only then you can obtain wisdom from ladder, hunts, delivery or pearls.

If you still got the wisdom, maybe you already have opened the tenet menu when it first came out.

I have used all my 22 pearl of wisdom AFTER I reach level 50 and I DID NOT open my tenets interface yet. After I used up all of them, then I open My tenets only to found out that my wisdom points dropped to zero. I have been collecting the 22 pearl of wisdom daily from the event.

I have a [vip] and has spent a bit of my money in this game but I felt discouraged to play now because of the bugs in my tenets... its been three days since that happened.

I logged into my email and found these other two ticket number.

I gained 32 pearls of wisdom from the christmas event and tried to use them today, but when i opened my tenets, my wisdom was at zero. I have no idea what happened. I refreshed thinking it had to do with the fact that i had just leveled to 50 but when i checked again, my wisdom was still at zero. Is this a bug? I'd really like to have what i worked so hard to get. Please help me!

I know, Its happened because you DID not open your tenets for the first time before you used your pow, Simply file a ticket and do it like I did, give your In game name and server, put your ticket number too.
