The indigo blight dungeon is available at level 25. There is no way to miss knowing about this dungeon. You get two pop ups to tell you about it
when you reach lvl 25 you can create a party by clicking on the party icon on the bottom right of your screen. once you have done this you can enter the dungeon alone if you like but its always fun with friends. ^^ its tempting to fight the first monster you see but i dont recommend it. you will find that the monsters here are stronger than all the monsters you have fought so far. i recommend you follow the path i will post below.
once you reach the end of that path, make sure you get the boss alone for a smooth and easy dungeon finish. after which you will be handsomely rewarded. i wont spoil the rewards for you new players but one item in particular can sell for some good in game money. (hint: Purified Crystals) After you have killed the boss and collected your rewards you may either leave the dungeon by talking to the npc (non player character) at the beginning of the map or by simply disbanding or leaving your party. you may also opt for killing the remaining monsters which will provide you with some decent exp.
Post Script: you can mount and unmount your mount (which will be a baby turtle unless you bought some mount upgrade tokens) by pressing the "z" button.
