    Failed to open a ticket???

    I recently bought a Sex Change Capsule, and when I attempted to open a ticket about changing my female clothes into male clothes, it would not let me file it. It told me to, "Please fix the errors in your ticket", and showed no signs of errors, and completely removed all the information I had already put in.
    I play on Aurora Point, under the name: (S1)WiiNGz
    If this issue could be resolved, please let me know asap, it would be greatly appreciated.

    All you can do is go line by line and make sure each piece of information is filled out and accurate. I've had that happen before and didn't realize I forgot one of the drop down menus.

        Oh, and if you're uploading a screenshot, make sure it fits the size requirement. If it's too big, it'll reject the whole ticket.

            Technically outfit gender can't be changed, but staff does everything on a case by case basis, so you're welcome to test your luck through the ticket system if you need your outfit's gender changed.
