I wouldn't really complain about this but I think they should cap it and not really open the opportunity for low level mortals to be able to max tenets. In the long run its those casual cashers that will keep this game alive since they take up the majority of those who spend, than those early-hard cashers who wouldn't even bother touching anything once they're maxed.

This is pointless If you dont like a pay to win game (Of which CS is hugely in favor of) then go play a subscription game, or one that in game purchases are only cosmetic (skins, etc...)

If you are really adamant about playing CS, do it in a PVE environment and compete against yourself. (That way its just a normal RPG with a ton of very strong NPC's )

People seem to be forgetting something, HERALDRY. Now that system is completely taken away from the players on the new servers, and others who missed the opportunity of hoarding Rune Protection Stones with bazillion accounts while they still were in the monthly token exchange. If you were smart and had the TIME for those during the phase, you could get like 8 Pristine Seal of Souls. Now that's 8x 7% attack - & cast speed which means 56% of both. Just imagine how bad the players on newer servers gonna suffer from that loss. Since c'mon lets face it, no smart person will cash 300$ just to get a Pristine Heraldry Seal. There was absolutely no reason of taking those away from the monthly token exchange, same goes for Divine Feathers, Red Adamantites etc.

Wings = use alts in IoB to get to max UDL, Divine possible with effort (ie level 4 corruption pack, unfortunately, R2 screwed us by removing from token exchange)
Soul = Work hard to maximize SS collection, use tokens for SS only (do ladder and SRC exchange everyday, daily login bonus and tokens)
Sperion = Easy with IoB and PC collection
Tenet = Buy Pearls of Wisdom with obtained in-game gold
Slayer Gear = run normal events (ie Seng, wishing well, etc, anything that gets you badges), eventually badges will be useless
Insignia = view above, obtain Marshall's asap, or collect red adamantite (R2 screwed us by removing from token exchange)
Beast soul = run dgs that drop DE, collect and use as many DE as possible (use roses to trade for crystal to buy boosted attempts), get Seiryu soul asap
Chi = ur ****
Heraldry = ur ****
Monster Handbook = be able to beat level 5 corruption (not easy for novices), but possible with long-term effort
Pet = a novelty mostly, since they can never match the dmg produced by Frag passive blood skills, best bet imo is Rex since dmg reduction can save you in many places
Frag = run dgs for DC and gems, up cautiously, CS is a patient man/woman's game

Surely I missed stuff, but these are the initial pointers I'd suggest. Also, look for in-game sponsors, many older players are sitting on a wealth of items they have no intention of using anytime soon, make friends that can help you advance faster.

Lastly, have fun, you are doing it wrong if you are not having fun.

I don't complain about cashers, I pity them, you can have just as much fun for free and build almost as good a character. Besides, there are many better places to spend your money than CS, the game simply preys on young gamblers, buyer beware. In the end, the game will dissolve, and we all will have nothing to show for it. All MMORPG go the way of the dodo.

I'd just repeat one thing, enjoy the game for what it is and what you can personally afford in time or money. Don't complain about or envy others, it does your soul no good.

That was a beautiful month -- I think R2 caught onto their losses and decided to screw us by taking it off the exchange. -_-
