I remember getting an event ARC once during a whole year (from which event, I forgot), so don't pin your hopes too high. It's a rare item and it's not likely that R2 will be giving them out often.

Yes you can get ARCs from weddings. Make sure you stay til the very last table though. I have only known them to come from the very last table.

Yes its from the banquet tables outside of the chappel to the right a bit, after the couple have defeated the party crashing boss. although if i remember correctly it will only be from the luxurious wedding. i dont even know if thats what it called. its the wedding that you have to pay the most xtals for. there is also no garauntee that you will recieve an arc, but there is a chance... if youre lucky ^^
