Lvl 70 Ladder Phoenix and effect removal

Does the lvl 70 ladder phoenix's charm/freeze-like effect cut right through effect invincibility skills? That 30 second stun seems to go right through my zealot's shield....

Priests can remove the effect with goddess embrace or pure in heart skills , however the phoenix will probably just cast on you again >.<
The best strategy for the lv 70 ladder boss is just to kill it as fast as possible and keep it stunned with charm pets

Priests are not the only ones that can remove that buff, pets with purification skill can remove engluff (cannot attack for 30 seconds, loses max hp 6% every second) however the purification can not remove the 5 second stun skill. Which btw if you did not know the phoenix on floor 70 has two stun skills, a 30 sec and 5 sec.

Assuming based on u using zealots shield which is the knights frag skill, im assuming your a knight. The best way to go in as a solo is to use angelics blessing before you come out of invisibility during the 7.5 seconds the boss will use both stuns on you have a pet with purification attack to remove the 30 sec one and by the time angelics blessing runs out you will be free to attack the boss for a good 15~30 seconds before it reuses the stun skills, if you do it right you should be able to kill the boss without any help. Also it is worth noting that a ranger daimon sheild will not purge it.

The daimon shield should be able to remove engluff, as for the 5 second skill I definitely know its not removable, iv tried all means.
