infinity just keeps spinning not loading at all

Try the usual fixes: clear your browser history and cache, restart your router/modem/device, test different browsers, changing your DNS, and using a proxy. Many users, myself included, use/have used HotSpot Shield when encountering login issues, so I'd suggest that particular proxy, but note that it does have a lot of ads which are definitely an eyesore.

It's probably your internet connection, i had the same issue. All I did was refresh all the way until I got passed infinity.

I get infinity loading sometimes , but generally it always loads.
As suggested above you can try to refresh or sometimes even restarting your router can fix it.

It is your internet connection maybe. In some case, it is not the modem or the router which is the problem but it is due to strong wind or rain in your place which distracts the signal.
