Bugged regarding a item called Clown Puppet

uhm...hello their...and i would like to report regard a item called Clown puppet...it is a quest item....but an item which been in my temporary storage and when i tried to remove by placing it in my bag suddenly i can't remove it out of my bag and i was inform to post a ticket...it been few day and he suggested to report in the forum..tnks and hope fully i can remove it already..........S133 Hinglow Slopes
