Server reset

Could we get someone to check the CS server.
Four times in the last 24 hours (not counting the time I was asleep), the server has lagged, and kicked everyone (as in all users) offline.
It takes about 10-15 minutes before you are able to log back in again.

I can also confirm this information. I cannot speak for other servers, but our server group is experiencing high ping and booting us off at random times. This would be easy to overlook if it was just this one time. However, we have had issues like this over and over again and it seems to me that it is not an issue that has been fixed. I would hope that you will find a more permanent fix to our server groups frequent issues.
