lev130 Venom Buff

Ok I'm not sure if this bugged or not, but I thought I'd post about it regardless as some might be able to shed some light on it.

Ok the Lev130 Venom buff says that it ensures Venom Buff for every hit



But this does not seen to be the case, also some have said its because it only has a 25% rate increase. But if that is the case then why say it ensures Venom Buff for every hit if it only has a 25% rate :-/

Here is me attacking and the buff is not kicking in, it seems to be more random then for every hit





Any thoughts or ideas anyone?

Perhaps you need the Venom skill from the Combat side of the skill tree. Forgot what it's called but I would imagine that might be the error. Tell me if that's why please xD (the low level passive one)

According to my experience venom doesnt apply every hit. I think it has a % to proc it

Well if thats the case the wording needs to be changed as it is miss leading. It says ENSURES Venom Buff Each Hit. How can it be ensures it for each hit, if it has a % to Proc it -_-
