New Ticket System?

I have sent in a ticket today and noticed a new layout on the page.

I have error messages popup when entering in the details.
I also do-not get an email in regards to the ticket.
The ticket number it gives me to check the stats is also incorrect, it says "invalid login"

havent noticed this myself and my ticket status is still "open" yet i have not recieved a reply since the 7th(day of maint)try submitting a ticket through the in game menu?

I just submitted a test ticket and also loaded up the ticket from my ticket number.
Had no issues on both ends.
However, it doesn't seem like I received an E-Mail for it.

I found the button to be able to view the new tickets in this new ticket system, but im not getting the emails for the tickets submitted.

This only pops up once i start putting text into the "Message(required)" box.
About 1 line of text and this message pops up.

Yeah its new to me today also.

It starts off with the normal layout, but once i select the "Game" it changes to what you see in the screenshot.
Yeah im using the same links i always have from the website ticket buttons.

well no better time to test it out then with a new ticket from me(BrotherVT dont curse me too badly for this lol)

*EDIT* lol cannot even select my server from this list but yeah it does transfer to a new page which is weird... why do that when all the options are on the original page?

well actually what i should have done instead of not filing one is said

"Hey my server still exists along with my character... PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE US!!!!(servers are people now >.>)"

also i checked the ticket and was able too shown below

Yeah that blue text on the right, they really need to make that look like a button.

I was trying to view my ticket via the old emails i got for tickets, and it did not show up.

Did you get email verification of your ticket?
