Yeah that blue text on the right, they really need to make that look like a button.

I was trying to view my ticket via the old emails i got for tickets, and it did not show up.

Did you get email verification of your ticket?

not a single email yet..... and did you notice that when you type out a subject for the ticket the blue text changes? like its doing a auto search.... however that seems to be whats causing the errors...

as soon as i told the page to stop creating dialog boxes the blue text stopped changing

Nope did not notice the blue text changes.
Just concerned that there is an error that pops up at all on a ticket page.

yeah i think it has to do with the auto changing text(kind of like googles instant search lol) seems a little broken to be released yet.... maybe R2 should hire guinea pigs to test site/game patches before they are released for crystal payment.... i might apply for that job

They may have tested it internally, not always the best option, but definitely cheaper

what do you mean cheaper? they can generate crystal for free lol cannot get much more free than creating your own money(so says the government )

Just got an email from R2 Joey.... I do believe he did not understand what was included within the ticket so I will be referring him to this thread... maybe we will get more help then ^_^

yes i know it says support twice but that is the way it was given to me via the website

they changed it because people like me expect support from tickets and get upset and spam when they dont get what they should. lol

whenever i try to file a ticket i try to click the clk here almost 20 to 30 times ..... in onw of them my server appears :P........ then it dissapears :/

yeah that is our issue bluu i filed a ticket about it and it was responded too so hopefully it will be fixed we just have to file a ticket from the link inside of kabam

I have the same problem!!! And Also NO E-Mail from r2

i cant file ticket >.< in the middle of writing page change design then color >slowly getting into grey color > and after it shows up error alert and page go absolutely grey >.<

so i wanted file a ticket about werewolf sentry >.< my friend cant summon, morph or enchant it when she link pet in chat noone cant see this pet i have couples of printscreens what i wanted to sent to r2 team in my ticket but i ended on the ticket page >.< with error altert

Finally got an Email to one of my tickets.

BUT.. it was only an email from an R2CS guy who was asking for screenshots, which i already supplied in my ticket, are they not getting the screenshots you upload via ticket?
I don't know how to verify this, or test this for them, but my email clearly says to upload screenshots.. which i already did.
So i know that the email i used to send the ticket, is atleast working, just not the emailing system they are using for verification, like the previous ticket system, and unsure that the screenshot uploads are working.

I was unable to click any links or anything from within this email to go to the ticket he was talking about to give more screenshots/information, so i assume those tickets are basically dead, there is no way i can get to them to add anything without filing another ticket.
So yeah.. still no email of ticket verification with the ticket ID, just R2CS people able to email me on the Email i supplied.. soo.. something's not right there.

The link does take me to my ticket page.

But when i replied, it did not show up, not sure if the "reply" button is actually working or broken, because i type in the stuff and click "reply"... nothing happens.
Also unable to Upload any new screenshots on this new support/support ticket page, which was requested.. so im not sure how im to do that, there is no "add screenshot" button or anything, only "reply"

See, no button to upload a screenshot.
Also a request for a screenshot, which i have already supplied in the original ticket.
I have also replied to this ticket, but nothing shows up, asif i never replied at all.

try refreshing the page it should show you your response to the ticket then as you can see i had a brief conversation with the support guy

by the way maybe use http://www.prntscr.com to show them the screen shots instead of posting it directly to the ticket

Yeah i did a refresh, multiple times, double checked right now to see if it worked, but nothing, unable to reply to my tickets.

Seems like you were able to, but not for me.
Im not going above or beyond, im just posting what i find, if they want to remove the screenshot buttons and go that way with 3rd party sites to view screenshots, then i will do that, but their previous ticket system did not work that way, so im not going to be doing 3rd party site support ticket screenshots, that's not really supportive imo, especially when their previous ticket system worked.

So unless advised by a GM i will not be using 3rd party sites for their system, just looked at my ticket, and he did not advise me to use any other website to post screenshots, so they are probably unaware that there is NO submit picture button, which wouldn't help me anyway, since i cannot reply to my ticket.

Just submit another ticket saying you are unable to reply to any ticket and are unable to post screenshots beyond the initial ticket post then?
