Can't Equip Items/Weapons!

Whenever i try to equip an item or weapon, i can't. I double click the weapon or item and can't use it. HELP

Occasionally I find that doesn't work , you can open your character page and drag the items from your inventory onto your character, or you can just refresh and try the double click method again.
