This happened almost every time I've opened the Zodiac Menu and I find that the quest part of it hasn't loaded, this happens either before I accept the quest or after I've killed the Boss the quest requests to kill and try to complete the quest on the Zodiac Menu. I've figured out that this is happening to everybody and refreshing the game does fix this glitch, but it only fixes it for the moment.

Yes , generally it takes 1 refresh to get the quest to appear , occasionally you may need to refresh multiple times but not usually. The same goes for the quest completion just be patient and keep trying you will get itOriginally posted by visualkei2 View Post

I know refreshing works, but the problem still should be fixed so you don't need to refreshing everytime
