Lost 74 g in my UnderCTRL

December 1 2013 I had 99 g in my bag. Suddenly, I got disconnected from server because my computer suddenly lagged. I tried to refresh the game for about more than 10 times already before I was able to log in again. In my surprise, in the notifications tab (bottom right corner of the screen) It says I failed the synthesis in Heart Of Eden and I didn't even try to purchase HOE that time..Can someone help me how to recover my lost gold. (Initial gold 99g Gold Lost 74g) please help me, I was in starglade L1 before my pc lagged. X:130 Y:68

Well heart of eden costs 50g to synth , so I'm not sure how you would lose 74g when you lagged and accidentally clicked synthesis, I'm not trying to be mean at all but lag on your end is not something that can be compensated , you will just have to keep your chin up and carry on earn that gold back and hopefully this kind of thing wont happen again.

If he was not trying to synth the heart of eden and didnt even have that screen open, lag spiked and his info thing said that is why he lost his money, then how is that his fault and not R2s. I get that the lag spike is not R2s problem, as this can be caused by many issues. But if something strange happens during a lag spike then it should not be the players fault that the game glitched out during that lag.

I have lost things from my bag during a lag spike when my bag was not even open. If this guy is a lower level character then that amount of gold is a lot for him, so it would be distressing. If I lost that amount I wouldnt even care. Just like I didnt care about the gems I lost from my bag, or the SP that I dont need that I lost from my bag. But I do think that if it is a game glitch that happens during a lag spike then the play should not be held responsible for that.

I don't see you getting any help from this one guy. If you lose something because of the game, like gems in some gear synthesis, there may be a chance to recover it, but if you lose something during a lag spike its lost. I'd like to say there's a solution to this but there isn't.
