stuck at 0kb/s loading

Yesterday I try to do dungeon run in Heavenly Isle and got stuck in the loading. I refresh many time. Deleted the cookies and history but my character can not load. When I log in with my alt and try to see if my Jibril character has loaded it appears to have but my screen still shows the loading page and is stuck at 0kb/s 91%

I try using other browsers. and is not my net because I can use my alt just fine.

same here since todays maintenance, but just Firefox is having that problem, others load perfectly. Even reinstalled Firefox but nothing seems to work, stuck at 0% and 0kb/s.

Yeah seems the problems just went from bad to worse.

I haven't had any loading issues like this recently , I use Chrome and Opera browsers , normally a simple refresh should fix it. I stopped using firefox a long time ago because I found it had too many issues for me .
