Not Receive Crystals

I just bought VIP and then got 800 crystal, then I bought the Mayflower Pilgrim Suit for 599 crystals, I have 1 crystal before because I liked the facebook fanspage and got the boxing bear.
After that, I bought 500 crystals, after I checked out from the pages, it's loading take a long time, then I checked in the payment history, the crystal was received, but when I tried to log in to the, the crystals is not increased.
I have 1 crystal before, added with VIP 800, so 801, then I bought Mayflower Pilgrim Suit for 599, so 801-599 = 202, then I bought 500 crystals, but my crystal was not increased, please give me the crystal. I don't bought anything, I just want to buy the Mayflower Pilgrim suir and hat, I need the crystal, please fix this admin
