I did use Greater pearl of wisdom and pearl of wisdom to obtain wisdom. unfortunately when I checked the tenets system, it didn't show any wisdom that I'm supposed to have to start up my tenets. please any r2 moderator or gm response to this and I did also file a ticket regarding this in game issue. it would be such a waste if I didn't get anything back, I would really appreciate any help

did that several times but not helping back my wisdom. again I was already level 50 when I used those pearls but it didn't give me any wisdom. I believe that it some in game bug issue. all I got response from r2 was I have to reach level 50 for me to be eligible to use it and start upgrading my tenets. but that's not the issue. please try to fix this. I would really appreciate if I get my pearls back or gain the equivalent wisdom based on the pearls that I used.

so seems like r2 wont gonna fix my wisdom issue, they only cares about money then

Did you file a ticket?

If you have not then the best thing to do is file a ticket, so that R2 can check the logs and see that you purchased the pearls and did not receive the wisdom.

Then PM one of the Mods and ask them to look into your ticket, providing the ticket number.

I am not getting rewarded wisdom for doing ladder and delivery anymore. I noticed it this morning after reaching lv 75 ladder my wisdom did not go up. I am not the only one in my server having the same issue. Thanks for your time

If this issue happens again, please file a ticket here: http://tickets.r2games.com/
In your tickets, please provide screenshots of your wisdom before you complete the event, then showing your wisdom and that you completed the event. This will make it easier for your ticket to be addressed and fixed quickly.
