Game Not Loading

So the thing is, as of yesterday, I was going to do a task somewhere after Tundara or Aurora Point; I don't remember. I've only seen the name of this area just once when I took the mission. So when I went to there, the game started loading and it kept loading on 85%. The thing is, it slowly starts counting down 1000 kb or so till 10s and so on. But when it reaches about 10, it starts becoming so slow. It takes like 10-15 minutes to load 1-2 kbs. I've waited it yesterday about an hour and it reached 0kb and still it didn't finish nor cross 85%. Any idea what I can do to fix this problem? Or it's a very heavy loading I must wait it 2+ hours?

normally if that happens to me I just refresh the page and try it again and it loads fine :3 if that still doesn't help try clearing your cookies and cashe .
