After i log in before i see character be stuck in infinity loading

I use Chrome and it always says infinity loading, but after 30 seconds or so, it disappears and I can log my toon in just fine. Try using a different browser if that's bothering you, or if you're getting stuck often.

What should I do if I can't load the game....it stays on 4/5 on the loading page and I have tried different servers...Any suggestions?

Have you cleared your history and cache? Also try using different browsers (because personally, Firefox refuses to load CS for me, so I resort to Chrome) and/or restarting your modem/router.

Yes, I find Chrome and Opera to work the best for me, I get the infinity loading when I use safari but normally as stated above 30 seconds or so and it loads up anyways.
