well my friends (s63)Punisher transformed his mount from hellwing to Glided Battle Stallion

But when i opened his profile to view his mount he still had the hellwing and he told me that he still has the hellwing and he didnt get the new mount and the hellwing is back on 0 stars

Did he check his temp storage and vault? If his mount slots were full at the time of the morph, his GBS might've been kicked into one of those areas.
