can't connect to server

I try to log into the server and it says "The server refused the connection." but i call my friend and he is able to log in fine. What is going on? plz help i need to get on and do stuff.

Refresh, clear your cache and history, reset your device/modem/router, use a proxy, or try a different browser. If not everyone is encountering this issue, there's not much else you can do besides those things.

Im in the kind of Mood in this Game right now im playing Dragon pals/Enternal saga still cant donnect *** and when i put pass in my server acc, is said Authorization ERROR !. WHAT the stuff men.

i have the same problem somme time i just give refresh and say cant conect to server so *** R2 get to work money not rain from the sky

i tryed logging in and it wont let me and when i log my alts everything is bugging out the events are null and everything is flashing i have no bags open it says and my gear looks like its gone
