  • having difficulty recharging

    cant recharge every time i try it keep saying error never had this problem before please sort it.
    ps i dont want find out i been charged like for all the times its failed.

      I'm having the same problem when I just tried to buy the 10000 crystal pack for $99.99. The error happens right after I hit confirm in the purchase confirmation page. It says that the page is currently unavailable. the order came up incomplete under my order history. So I tried logging out and logging back in, thinking it was an error between my account and the store, and I tried to purchase it again, but the error message still comes up. So I believe the error could be somewhere between the Confirmation page and the purchase finished page. I've sent a ticket, but I lost the case number. But I have one of my Order Numbers if it helps in anyway:

      Update:
      I have found that the error must be between Crystal Saga and Playspan, because I tried purchasing the same amount of crystals through Skrill and it worked fine... I hope this helps you guys fix this problem and I hope this also helps others use Skrill(which does take a little longer to finish purchases), to recharge until you guys get this problem figured out.
