sperion attributes between lv 6 and 7

I've checked couple of players from our server about the sperion gems, and i've found out a difference between the VI and VII holy seal.

*first has the holy seal VI, that negative buff last for 1 sec
*the other which is holy seal VII, it's negative buff last for 0.5 sec

IMO~ It is because , the chances of the Passive skill : MTK/PTK Reduce , Increases ?, and chances is higher .
And your chances to seal is higher :O ( on VII ) . and only last of zero point five seconds, but since the chances is higher you may seal the enemy couple of times :O so th at's 1 seconds. XDXDXDXD

it was been upgraded from a lv6 gem to lv7. so therefore stats should be improved or increased.

Your stats improved at VII x-x just the sealing time decreases. x--x.
Maybe its a typo or no.

You will have to test the skill and check the duration , maybe use an alt or get a friend to help you.
That way we can find out if its a bug or simply a typo, please try it out and post here again (with screen shot if possible ).
