S64 Island of Blessing Timer Bugged !

Hi we keep getting buged in Island of Blessing with the timer almost all week we got it ...the timer just dissapear and we dont get any packs anymore please fix this im got used with this and i dont go in IOB anymore and old problem ! Thanks .
