Unable to purchase crystals on Srv70

I have a lv 35 character on this new server but although I can log the character on when i try to buy crystals it tells me I have no character logged on to the serv
despite sending a couple of support tickets it has not changed in 27 hours no help is anyone aware of a bug or fault as if I log of will the character go for good ???

i tried to file a ticket from s70 and it said i have no characters there either, but i was still able to send the ticket.
