red name after doing and taking DS..

Good Day,
I am here to let u know that my character's name turn red after getting the dragon sword on the dragon spine..
I have my screenies to let u know that i got Pk Lv : 0
Please do investigate if its a bug or another problem..thanks..

Or can anyone tip me on how to neutralize my name since i cnt send ticket on r2support thanks..

That is just part of the game, when you take DS your name will stay red until maint.
Since you have 0 PK level you will not drop items or anything like that.
