My Charcter literally fell off the map

I went to go afk in void by the Cragstone portal and my char fell literally off the map. Can yall look into this? I had to refresh the game a few times for my char to be back ingame. and it keeps happening

ok when it happens again i shall do so, but what happened was my character didnt go thru the portal to cragstone it just went over it and walked off to disappear,

This also happened to me a few days ago, while i was sorting out my bag/vault(counting up items and such)...
The screen went all the way up to the upper-left of the map, and all i saw was a white(grayish) scene.
I decided to look at other things, and when i viewed a character, they were a Female Knight, no matter who it was.
Everyone who was chatting, the chat box made it look like they were whispering me.
And my ms, was like around 25m...

I think i did take some screen shots! just gimme some time to find and edit them :P

The left is my character, the right is a friends...
We are both rogues, and im pretty sure, our stats arent all 0's.

That is rather odd o.o
Probably fixed by refreshing the game (most likely some loading issue) but still never seen that before lol
