hi yesterday i reached ultimate demigod wings VIII but i coudnt get im no bird tittle if anyone can help thanks

There is normally about a 10 second delay between meeting the achievement and getting the title , if you spammed ewings and got angel lord right away you may not have received the title.
Anyways file the ticket and ask what can be done to fix it for you

I think the idea is if he re-eqiups the wings he has currently, the game will recognize the wings he has are higher than the wings that give the title, therefore giving the title.
If that does not work he can always file a ticket and someone will figure it out.

Yeah that hppened to me and when I took off the wings and put them back on, it worked.
