Didn't get items i was supposed to

At 1:56 pm Eastern time I opened up the super level up package i got for reaching level 40. Problem is the only thing that showed up was the afk card and the 3x pet exp. Nothing else did. My server is number 21, the void. My character name is Repeat. I should have gotten an extra health orb, an offline exp token, a pack expander, possibly more. I'm not sure what else. Those are what I really was looking forward to. I immediately tried closing the tab then going back into the game to see if it was just a glitch but nothing changed.

Rewards are random , you only get one of those items not all of them.
